SPIRITS
A spirit is an alcoholic beverage with a minimum alcoholic strengh of 15%. There are two ways to
obtain a spirit: the first way is by distillation and the second way is by blending a spirit with one or more other drinks.
The selection of our spirits is made in small groups. We offer six different spirits: two pastis and four cognacs.
