Domaine Crochet

Our vineyard covers 35 hectares, 26 planted to sauvignon for our whites and 9 hectares to Pinot noir for our reds and rosés. The richness of our vineyard is linked to the nature of its land, which rests on the clayey limestone rocks of the Oxfordian and Kimmeridgian subsoil. The situation of our plots exposed to the east, south and west on slopes whose altitude varies from 240 to 280 meters allows, during the harvest, to harvest at the best time according to the ripeness of the grapes.
