Senorio de Rubios

The vineyards are located south of Pontevedra, in the Condado do Tea sub-region DO Rías Baixas. The name comes from the Tea River, a tributary of the main river of Galicia, the vineyards of the Miñonos are mostly small plots, some no more than 100 m 2 , where their oldest vines, sometimes centenarians, and where most of the work is done by hand.
