De Chanceny
Thanks to its exceptional landscape, its unique "art of living", its castles and historic towns and its wide range of wines, the Loire Valley is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is blessed with a rich and diverse territory.
As the third largest appellation region of France, the vineyards of the Loire Valley offer a large palette of wines, counting with (more than) 51 appellations d’origine Protégées (protected designation of origin) and 57,000 hectares of vineyards. With a mild climate with low temperatures, the region has ideal conditions for the production of fresh and produced AOP wines of higher quality.
De Chancereny goes into more detail about the winemaking process. The grapes are harvested by hand at the peak of ripeness. Our winemakers attach great importance to the blending phase by selecting the best juices to create the unique character of each of our sparkling wines. The bottles are stored in ideal conditions in our tubfastone galleries with a constant temperature. Our wines are aged for at least 12 months.
