TRenz winery is based on more than three centuries of family tradition and winemaking experience. Since 2002, Michael Trenz has cultivated two additional hectares of vineyards in Stellenbosch, South Africa, where a white wine composed of 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, TRENZ 2two Sauvignon Blanc sec This grape variety is one of the most widely grown white grape varieties in South Africa. Again, great emphasis is placed on fine hand harvesting, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and three months of ageing in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wines are as unique as the land and its people!
