Vinification:
Traditional temperature-controlled vinification in concrete vats and partly in small stainless steel tanks. Maceration 2 to 5 days at a maximum temperature of 15 °C. Malolactic fermentation in new oak barrels. Maturation in oak barrels for 12 to 14 months (50% in new barrels).
Tasting notes:
Colour: Intense garnet.
Aroma: Fresh, red fruit aroma.
Taste: Elegant balanced body with vanilla notes and silky tannins.
