DEGUSTATION NOTES Colour: Transparent, slightly yellow Bouquet: Sophisticated with hints of hazelnut Flavour: Flexible attack on the palate, gourmand and crisp taste with notes of fleshy white fruit.

Pairing Pair with white meat in sauce, fresh salmon, dishes with mildly spicy sauce or exotic fruits.

STORAGE IN STORAGE Up to 10 years in a cool, ventilated and dry place T° not less than 10°C and not more than 17°C
