Château Haut de la Bécade is a typical wine of the prestigious Pauillac appellation.
Vinification:
Hand harvest. Fermentation for 3 weeks at a temperature of 28° to 30°C. Aged in oak for 18 to 20 months.
Soil: Clay and limestone
Vineyard age: 30 years
Vineyard size: 7 ha (17 acres)
Annual yield: 55 hl/ha
Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour, spicy flavour with tons of black fruit.
