Vinification and ageing:
Hand harvesting with grape sorting to keep only the most beautiful grapes. Fermentation begins naturally thanks to indigenous yeasts.
Tasting notes:
The dress has a medium intensity. The nose is open with aromas of liquorice typical of Nuits Saint Georges. On the palate there are fruity notes, perfect ripeness, supported by light acidity and the typical tannins of Nuits. The finish is almost physiological, stony.
