Varieties: 30% Merlot, 30% Marselan, 30% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre

Tasting Notes:

Purple color. Aromas of wild fruit and underbrush notes. On the palate the wine is supple and lively. The wine is characterised by its beautiful freshness.

Vinification:

The grapes are harvested mechanically early in the morning; at night in order to preserve their freshness as much as possible. They are then sorted on reception in the cellar. After light crushing and general de-stemming, the grapes are placed in concrete tanks where they are fermented for 10 to 15 days. Aging in vats for 10 months.

Terroir: The vineyard is located on the banks of the Ouvèze River in the canton of Bédarrides. The soils are clay, sandy and slightly stony.

Yields : 50 hecto/hectare.
