This wine expresses all its character with youth and freshness. Its minerality, delicate fragrance and notes of citrus and green fruit make it an excellent aperitif and superb with fish dishes and aperitifs.

Turbiana (Trebbiano di Lugana) 100%.

Harvest period - Vinification:

Manual, from the last week of September to the first of October. Soft pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C.

Ageing :

In steel for 3 months and for 3 to 4 months in bottle.

Longevity:

From 10 to 15 months after bottling.

Sensory characteristics :

Fresh and sweet wine, pleasant in company. The greenish glints give it brilliance. Exciting in the mouth and engaging with every sip, it provides pleasure for all tastes.

Gastronomy :

Excellent as an aperitif and for sipping throughout the meal, splendid with lake and sea fish dishes.

Service:

Serve in tulip glasses or similar, at a temperature of 12°C.
