Terroir: The 4-hectare vineyard is located in Courthézon next to the Ouvèze River. The soil is a mixture of sand and clay with a small amount of pebbles.

Varieties. Average age of the vines - 50 years.

Vinification. The rest of the vines are harvested mechanically; both methods with double selection (in the vineyard and in the cellar). This is followed by total de-stemming and then fermentation using natural yeasts. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks. The wine is then aged for 1 year in concrete and stainless steel tanks.

Yield: 45 hl/ha.

Tasting notes: red fruits and spices. Rich and velvety tannins.
