Varieties : 75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon
Soil: Clay and limestone slopes on calcareous subsoil.
Winemaking process : Fermentation with yeast without additions. 3 weeks in vats, sulphur dioxide added at the end.
Tasting : Bright red colour with fruity aromas such as black fruit. On the palate, the round attack is a manifestation of a supple wine. Thanks to the finish we can witness the richness of the ripe grapes. A balanced wine with silky tannins.
Ageing : 2 to 4 years
