Vine age: 35 years
Vinification:
Hand harvest. Fermentation lasted 6 days at a controlled temperature of 30°C. Aging: 6 months in large oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: bright ruby with light highlights.
Aroma: Ripe fruit (plums in particular).
Taste: full-bodied with a slight acidity that gives the wine freshness. Intense tones of liquorice and tobacco.
Food pairing: red meat, game.
Ideal serving temperature: 18° C.
