Colour: beautiful golden colour
Nose: Elegant and expressive aroma with notes of exotic fruits
Taste: Round, fruity, fresh and rich. Concentrated and complex, with tons of apricot, peach and citrus. Delicate hints of vanilla and oak.
Vinification:
Harvested by hand using manual sorting to select only raisins and bunches that are very ripe and show signs of noble Botritys Cinerea. The wines are aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
