Château Bardins
From 1350 we find traces of a Bardins or Bardey mill on the River Blanche, the river that flows under the domain. The vineyards, well exposed on the first slopes of Bouscaut in Cadaujac is very old: It was already shown on the map of Pierre de Belleyme, geographer engineer of King Louis XV.
Planted on a stump with a clay-limestone background, a vineyard of 24 hectares, draining naturally to the course of white water. In the family for a hundred years, the Bardins castle combines tradition with modernism. The basis of our approach is respect for the earth and nature.
