Soil: gravelly sand/clay soil

Age of vines: 30 years

Vineyard area: 20 hectares

Annual production: 26 000 bottles

Vinification:

Mechanical harvest. Maceration at a controlled temperature of 15°C for 72 hours. Controlled fermentation is carried out at 29°C and malolactic fermentation at 20°C. Aged on the bottles before bottling to preserve the fruit aromas and finesse of the wine.

Tasting notes:

Colour: ruby

Nose: delicate fresh fruit

Taste: round, full-bodied with notes of cherries and raspberries. Elegant and fine tannins. Well-structured body with a long finish.
